Frank Byrnes is the President, Co-Owner of HPCI and leader of a team of consultants sharing skills, strategies and techniques that equip individuals, managers, teams and organizations to excel in times of change. For more than 30 years, he has worked with different private and public organizations around the world as a trainer, facilitator, and consultant to help them mobilize passion to achieve their results. He provides workshops in both English and French. He has a working knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Mandarin.
Carol is the Vice-President and Co-Owner of HPCI. She has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of project management, management, human resources, administration, facilitation, coaching and training. Carol has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors as a senior manager, which provides her with a clear window into the real-world challenges faced by clients. She provides customized services to improve performance, support organizational changes, commitment, and get results. She partners with clients and stakeholders (organizers, decision makers, the teams).
She creates a participative environment to build trust, non-judgment, honesty, enjoyment and teamwork. She simplifies complicated materials, situations, and makes them useful and pertinent.
Sales & Marketing Director
Benjamin Lacaille, Director at HPCI, is responsible for marketing, sales, branding, project management and quality control.
He has a background in the sales, retail, mortgage, real estate and construction industries bringing rich expertise to helping connect HPCI services to those who would best benefit.
He is strong a manager, negotiator, problem solver who proactively builds realistic solutions with creativity and flexibility. He is respectful and attentive to the needs of our clients.
