He provides workshops in both English and French. He has a working knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Mandarin.

She has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of project management, management, human resources, administration, facilitation, coaching and training. Carol has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors as a senior manager, which provides her with a clear window into the real-world challenges faced by clients. She provides customized services to improve performance, support organizational changes, commitment, and get results. She partners with clients and stakeholders (organizers, decision makers, the teams).
She creates a participative environment to build trust, non-judgment, honesty, enjoyment and teamwork. She simplifies complicated materials, situations, and makes them useful and pertinent.
