President

Frank Byrnes is the President, Co-Owner of HPCI and leader of a team of consultants sharing skills, strategies and techniques that equip individuals, managers, teams and organizations to excel in times of change. For more than 30 years, he has worked with different private and public organizations around the world as a trainer, facilitator, and consultant to help them mobilize passion to achieve their results. He provides workshops in both English and French. He has a working knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Mandarin.

Carol Laurence

Vice-President

Carol is the Vice-President and Co-Owner of HPCI. She has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of project management, management, human resources, administration, facilitation, coaching and training. Carol has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors as a senior manager, which provides her with a clear window into the real-world challenges faced by clients. She provides customized services to improve performance, support organizational changes, commitment, and get results. She partners with clients and stakeholders (organizers, decision makers, the teams).

She creates a participative environment to build trust, non-judgment, honesty, enjoyment and teamwork. She simplifies complicated materials, situations, and makes them useful and pertinent.

Benjamin Lacaille

Account Director

Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in leadership, management, sales, and marketing. Possessing a natural ability to motivate and inspire teams, he excel in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational objectives. With a keen business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics, Benjamin consistently deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
