Facilitation

facilitation-participative-trainingThe HPCI team has enjoyed success designing and adapting processes, facilitating and training facilitators for large and small projects such as:

  • Mission, Vision, Values and other Organization Development exercises;
  • Team-Building sessions and programs (for Executives and even dysfunctional teams);
  • Retreats;
  • Strategic Planning;
  • Problem-solving (in many cases, breakthroughs in seemingly intractable problems);
  • Mobilizing engagement for organizational initiatives
  • (through Open Space Technology, Global Cafés, Town Hall meetings, etc.);
  • Conflict Resolution; and
  • Consultation.

We focus on achieving your objectives by:

  • Helping you clarify your purpose;
  • Designing a process for your meeting that will achieve those results;
  • Linking workshop outcomes to an ongoing process in the real world to ensure lasting results;
  • Facilitating a group agreement and commitment to the outcomes (in the usual high-energy, engaging, flexible style);
  • Coaching the leaders before and after the meeting;
  • Providing advice and follow-up sessions (if required).

You choose the format: English, French or bilingual or Spanish.

We can serve you from our bases in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia, or our facilitators will travel to your location.

How we facilitate

The process is designed and driven by key organizers and managers.

Our facilitators tailor the approach/process to your needs in order to allow each individual to participate in taking ownership. They then remain involved throughout the process. Our approach mobilizes the passion and valuable contribution of all.

Our facilitators integrate and model leading-edge strategies for human communication and processing:

  • brain-based learning,
  • mind mapping,
  • neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),
  • group psychology processes and tools.

We facilitate using methodologies such as: Open Space Technologies, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Implications Wheel, etc.

We engage participants in authentic reflection, exploration, creation, and commitment.
